Looks like a stuffed maggot!

Yes all this is my finger. Yesterday morning while trying to get everyone ready for church including myself I did this. Yep about a 1/2" long blister along my pointer finger. It's bubbled up like a large stuffed maggot and hurts like crazy. Now some of you may be thinking how does someone achieve a blister of this magnitude getting ready for church? Well It would be from my curling iron! Yep my curling iron.... and Yes I was in a GREAT RUSH! I actually ended up sticking my finger in the inside of the iron..... The price of being beautiful is high and painful. (By the way the first is the one Ben took for me after he saw the second pic which was the one I was going to use.)

But the story of the blister doesn't end there. Today I had a friend come over this morning and I was holding our golden retriever so that he didn't jump all over her girls and knock them over when all of a sudden my finger becomes wet and stings like all get out!... Yep in the process of holding down our psycho dog.... my blister popped. It oozed water for a while and now has created another blister! Beauty = Pain!!!!!!!
